Journey of Healing

This group will be offered to women in the community who have experienced family violence. The main goals of the group will be to provide a safe and supportive place for women to share their stories, education and awareness on the effects of family violence and information offered by community resources. Some of the session topics will include; the cycle of violence, power and control, self care, effects of abuse on children, parenting and communication.

No one is excluded because of cost. Childcare is FREE.
Must register for child care no later that one week prior to program. Participants will meet with facilitators before the start date.

This group is ongoing and will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
